Hi, I installed the Too rig a while back and he loads up just fine. I just got the fort rig and installed him but he comes in broken. I believe that it might just be because the license isn't working for him?  Anyway, I have his license in the licenses folder.  It just seems odd that One rig would work and the other wouldn't?  How can I have both rigs work?

The system to create licenses at the time when you purchased TOO was different from the system we use now.
In order to buy assets from now on you have to SET UP your license in the LICENSE SET UP PAGE, which you can find in the menu YOUR ACCOUNT or directly here: http://boutique23.com/licenseSetUp.php

Once you've done that you're ready to purchase any asset in the boutique23. You will only have to SET UP again your license if you want to purchase assets for a different computer.

Now, in order to make FORT work in your computer you'll have to buy it again. Send us an email to support@boutique23.com and we'll help you with that with a specific voucher for that specific case. Hope that helps.
