thanks god that this forum app 's creators are responsible! (most of these kind of apps don't have support anymore)

Yeah it was encoding all right 
We recently upgraded our forum server and because of that, it happened.
Thanks for noticing it.
Fixed it and it should be working fine from now on (new topics unfortunately)
