| In class this morning, I was talking about the mini-massage I got and some of you wanted the name.
It's:
Equilibrio at 3320 3rd Ave, 619-955-6670, just north of downtown and they have many other pre-natal resources as well. I was impressed with all the services they offer including acupuncture, craniosacral therapy and more. Hanna was the practitioner that did my massage and it felt great!
Check out their website for a Quick Guide to Sleeping Comfortably as well: www.equilibriomassage.com - we could all use this, especially in the third trimester.
I hope you check it out! |

| Rachel,
How do they compare to Wellness Lounge? I had a wonderful experience working with April today! I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was. It doesn't hurt that she's a chiropractor and has knowledge in acupuncture and can utilize a combination of homeopathic techniques to help with all my little kinks.
I was just curious, open to try new places and wanted to know your experience.
Thanks! |

| Hi Lorena,
I love April and the fact that she can do multiple techniques on you in one visit like massage with sacrum adjustments. I say if she works for you, stick with it as the more familiar a practitioner is with your body, the better. Just want to give people options and the studio mentioned above had an open house with a 15 minute free massage, which is what I took advantage of. It was nice to know another place that focuses specifically on mamas, and a location that might work better for some.
Plus, the sleep tips I got from Equilibrio really helped. That's all! Hope to see you soon!
