I paid 200 premium silk (on 02.december.2011)

but it was not charged to my account yet.

Can anyone help me? Please!

Please send a ticket to Support so they can check your log. Please send your complete details such as user ID and when you purchased the Silk and how much. The Billing Team will check on it.
