Premium Silk Bug - NEED HELP

I've been trying to get this sorted for the last two weeks - On the 22nd of December, I bought $50 worth of Premium Silk, thought I'd wait a little since it was holidays, but really shouldn't my silk be arrived already?

I've sent in two Q&As to Joymax, as well as a direct email, but I've gotten no reply. I've even tried contacting GMs in game to try and talk to someone, but my whispers were completely ignored.

I live in Australia, and used the PaybyCash and sent the money from my NAB account to Joymaxs Commonwealth Account.

oh wow o.O!! that suck, have you try contact your bank to see if it did pay or sent the money? Sorry can't help you much here. Try Ukash which it can be get in Video Ezy shop.

Yeah, I know it's been sent. I checked my bank statements, and it says its been paid through.

I was planning on changing to Ukash, I found out that I can get some from my town yesterday. I wanted to get some silk today for the new digimon. x.x
