At Freedom Church we have four core values that we believe are the DNA of our church.
1.  Gospel
2.  Worship
3.  Community
4.  Generosity

Before you talk about anything else with your core group make sure that you cover your DNA.  As a church plant we wanted to cement in the DNA while we were still in the first trimester.  It's hard to change the DNA once you get past the birth!
