At the last prayer meeting:
•     Karen shared how the bones were connected to the other bones in the body, sinews and flesh come upon the bones and skin covered them, however, the breath of God is needed for the valley of dry bones to live and become an exceeding great army.
•     We need to prophesy for the breath of God to come upon the youths and the next generation. God wants to pour out the Spirit of Revival upon the young people.
•     Pastors and leaders need to be connected to each other in the body and allow the Spirit of God to breathe afresh upon His body.
•     Irving confirms what Karen has shared and added that revival has a face and it begins by reaching out to them one by one and would you stop for that one?

Jason and I were invited to the Prayer for Revival at ACS Barker clock tower last Saturday and it was a powerful time with spiritual fathers and mothers with a whole new generation crying out for revival. As we simply remembered and revisited the place of prayer (not putting the place of prayer on the pedestal)which led 1972 Spirit outpouring in Singapore which ushered in the charismatic renewal in many churches in Singapore, God was gracious to remind us of Singapore's call as an Antioch. And our hearts are stirred to call for prayer for our nation again. There were Methodists and many other denominations there represented. And a new generation needs to rise up in prayer!It's been 40 years since the outpouring and we need the new wine of God's Spirit upon the nation!

Recently, I met many more who are hungry for revival in this nation. However there is still much talk, but not enough prayer. The late Leonard Ravenhill, a fiery preacher and the author of "Why Revival Tarries" wrote "if God's people are not praying, they are playing." And indeed playing church will not get us anywhere. We need to pray for the church of Jesus Christ in this nation to be revived. And as we come, we will also ourselves be revived. He also said "If we can Iive without revival, then we're not where God wants us to be!"

At the last prayer on the 3rd Feb at a house of prayer at 40 Ean Kiam Place in Katong, many of the youth leaders present had a greater resolve to be committed to come together for prayer and also to bring at least one other person they were discipling and mentoring to come pray together. We felt that for many of us who were at the LoveSIngapore Pastors Prayer Summit in January, it is a follow-through about 'journeying together' and the Holy Spirit is binding hearts together. We also determined in our hearts that we will simply HEAR and OBEY as we come together to pray and we all concurred that setting a fix time once a month will be helpful start.

I know that the Spirit of God is stirring hearts in the nation of Singapore especially also among the young people. And if He is stirring yours, will you take time to OBEY by simply coming together as brothers and sisters in the Lord to pray again at this first FRIday (2nd MARCH) of the month at 3:30 pm at a House of Prayer in this nation. I pray that that which is a priority upon God's heart will also be a priority on your heart. See you at 40 Ean Kiam Place (lane next to Katong Shopping centre), Upper Room, House of Prayer for all Nations.
