| Hello Ladies,
Be sure you have prepared time to rest and recover, as well as just focus on bonding with your baby, after birth.
My prenatal teacher at Ma Yoga says it like this:
1st week - in bed
2nd week - around the bed
3rd week - around the house
4th week - around the block
Simple but necessary - be kind and gentle with yourselves at this time.
