In your slow cooker place pork roast, season to taste ( I put salt,pepper,garlic powder and greek seasoning) then place your Hatch Whole Chili's on top of roast, kinda layer them on and around the roast, make sure you pour the juice form the Hatch can on top and add some water to kinda fill it up, not to much but it needs to have water to slow cook. And when your ready it is awesome.
