Can someone help me? There are two FB accounts on the same computer, had them for years. 4 days ago FB would not let me log into the main account saying my email didn't exist, but then let me reset my password which I did for 3 days in a row waiting for FB to respond to my request for help. Today it wouldn't even let me do that but said I had to join. So I filled out the form USING THE EXACT EMAIL, PASSWORD, AND PERSONAL INFO that I had when I originally signed up. Now I lost all of my games including this one and although I can feed my fish from the other account, I can't feed my predators and they are going to die. I have spent years building up my tanks. If my email doesn't exist, why am I still neighbors with the other account and they can feed my regular fish? FB won't answer me, is there something else I can do? I can't even access my FB or game IDs.

I don't have a virus, and the other FB account acts normal. I tried everything I read about this issue online with no results. I don't want to lose my fish!
