 OFFLINE | So I bought an Ultimate Game card, bought the silk, and went to put the e-pin into the Joymax site, and then I realize, Playspan gave me an extra digit on my e-pin, so Joymax won't accept it. Does anyone know what to do when this happens? Thanks C: |

OFFLINE | Once you convert UGC to Playspan, the e-pin should just be right to input in Joymax site. If there's an extra digit from the e-pin that Playspan gave, you should contact Playspan. |
