my best friend is in this plt. i miss him. hes there because of me, he said. he said my stories about the USMC inspired him to join.  i miss him so much. hes prolly hates me about now, but i know graduation day he will thank me.  im a former marine from PISC.  my husband is from SD tho.  we both miss active duty a lot.  
  so my friend, stay motivated. the best is yet to come.  there is no feeling like the day you see yourself as a marine. im so proud of you.  always, k

Hello Kimberley! Glad to have you on the forum!! It is the best place to chat with others that has someone in the USMC. Ummmm...FORMER Marine, oh no, ONCE A MARINE, ALWAYS A MARINE!!   My son is in the same platoon as your best friend. He is doing well and likes it alot. He decided to join after many stories and compassion his brother-in-law, my daughter's husband, had about the Marine Corp. I already see a change in him by the letters he sends home. Your friend will surely thank you as my son will thank his brother-in-law!

He is in an AWESOME Plt!!!! of course I say that as my son and Aaron and Steven are in this platoon so I am bias!!! :: Brenda said it best......this is the BEST place to chat with others!!! It is always nice to meet up with people that are sharing in the same feelings that you are...and going through the same exact thing that you are!!!! It has helped me tremendously!!!
