Hello Bobbie.

If you read Rules under the game carefully, you will find following information: predators eat babyfish bought for COINS. Pets can be bought only for diamonds, no predator fish can eat it. Your Jelly fish is still small to notice it in the tank.

Ok, I'll keep on looking for them. Wish I could put that extra pet into another tank (if I find it, that is).  Oh, and my fish counter should have shown two addiional occupants, right?  It still just shows the original number of fish that were there before I put the first jellyfish in the tank, and didn't count the other one, either.

Your game log shows that you have pets in all tanks except tank #4. Game will not let you put 2 pets in one tank. That means you bought a pet in the tank free from other pet.

Alex I'm sorry to keep pestering you, but what you just said above is exactly the problem I'm describing, although I'm not quite sure what "...you bout a pet in the tank free from other pet." I think  you're saying that after I sold my level 11 turtle, I bought a jellyfish as a pet, that did  not show up on my fish counter?  That was when I first wrote my question here, but being impatient, I bought another blue jellyfish, which also didn't show up on my fish counter, nor are either of the jellyfish visible in the tank. I know the little ones can hide out, but they should also show up on the counter, and if there's already a pet in the tank, you aren't allowed to buy another pet, which I was allowed to do. That one didn't show up on my counter either, which always showed "8", which is the number of predators I have in the tank. You yourself were able to see there was no pet in tank #4, when I had just put two pets in tank #4, within 2 days.

Being relatively new here, I'm not sure how this type of impasse is solved. I know I bought 2 blue jellyfish for a total of 40 diamonds, and got nothing from my purchase, and you also found no pets in tank #4. We both agree there are no pets in tank #4, but what I'm saying is that I absolutely bought 2 blue jellyfish, the 2nd of which I shouldn't been able to buy.

What is usually done in cases like this, when a player has lost 40 diamonds but never received the merchandise they spent 40 diamonds for?  You're probably getting sick of me and this problem, but I can't let it go because 40 diamonds is a lot to spend for no pets, and I always keep a pet in every tank.

I'm at a loss (both literally and figuratively).  Thank you Alex for investigating this for me, now if we could come up with a solution that's a win-win situation, I'd be happy to quit pestering you about the same thing over and over.

Please, explain what do you mean "Fish counter". Predators will not eat diamond fish especially pet.On your game log I can see your pet purchases and pet sales. Since all your tanks are full now except tank #4 try to buy pet there without selling any pets from other tanks.

As you can see 9 pets were sold and 10 pets were bought. Which means before buying any pet in the tank you first made tank free from pet. And since tank #4 was empty for a while total number of pet purchases counts 10.
No pets were bought and then disappeared, game will not let you do this.
