i purchased a shark it say it cancels level 5 purchases just wot does that mean wot is the benefit of having a shark for a pet

According to the game rules Shark - cancels +5 levels requirements in the store for purchasing from the tank it inhabits, while it has not reached the 11th level of its growth. If you enter game store from the tank where Shark is swimming you will be able to purchase fish, backgrounds and decorations 5 levels ahead from your current level. For example you are level 40, with Pet Shark all fishes, backgrounds and decorations till level 46 are available for purchase in the game store.
