Just ban them!!!!!

If you haven't anyone upsetting the balance of your page feel free to block them - you don't need it, you don't need to justify what you are doing and why, they are choosing to be on your page and if they are being a pain ban them!

It could be that they run their own site that you haven't come across or get sick of directories contacting them, or they are just in a bad mood - don't take it personally, you aren't doing anything wrong but feel free to ban them so you don't have to deal with them anymore

If someone is being particularly hostile or emailing you then feel free to give me their details or suggest they might want to contact me as I am responsible for the network of sites across the UK.
