Why does the path shown on Bryton sport not match the actual run.  I did a run around my neighborhood and the path shown on the map shows me cutting through someones yard and even over/through their house.

Hi, Richard,

The GPS system for commercial use will not provide 100% correct location.  The inaccuracy is about 3 meters.  So, when you run in the neighborhood, it is possible that the map is a little bit off your actual route. But if you think the distance away from the route is too far, please send your link to support@brytonsport.com and we can go from there.  Thanks!

Should the path be any different than the Rider 50 or 30.  Those look fine and seem to follow the road.

Hi, Richard,

Rider 50 and Rider 30 pick up the GPS signal every second.  Cardio 30, however, does not pick up the GPS signal every second.  This design is to ensure the longer usage of Cardio 30 battery. So, the graphs uploaded by Rider series will look better than those by Cardio series. Hope this helps.

Hello,

how about having an option like GPS pooling interval in seconds? Of course - if you'll set it for 1 sec, battery life would be shorter - but this could be left at the users choice ;-). By default, default pooling should be left the current one (i guess around 4 seconds) and have some other options like 1,2,3,4 seconds. The only constraint not having this would be a buffer which could not be flushed too quick, before next gps reads arrives...
I wouldn't mind having a battery life of ~ 5-6 hours but being able to log a route more accurately...

Cheers,
Tudor

Hi, Tudor,

Thanks for the suggestion. It would be great if users chould have the options.  We will consider this as a possibility when we do the development.  thanks again!
