OFFLINE | So I just got in my new amp i bought. I was quite mad that it didn`t come with a punch EQ remote for the price I paid for it.
But anyways I`m going to connect the amp to my t1000bd amp and bridge my rear 6x9s and my front 6x5s to this amp. I was wondering if its worth doing it this way or not. |

OFFLINE | Depending upon the model you just bought, the Remote PEQ just gives you the ability to control the bass from your dash (most all already have the circuit on the side panel).
I'm confused with your configuration... you're going to connect the NEW amplifier to your EXISTING Power T1000-1bd amplifier? Do you mean run the signal from one amp to another or connect the speaker outputs together? Hopefully you mean signal because otherwise you'll have massive problems.
As for speaker ratings, keep the RMS power applied to your speakers from 30% RMS up to 100% RMS power. If you apply more power, you'll be sure to burn the voice coils at some point in time.

OFFLINE | so you have some 6x5s...6x9s and tweeters and only have a 2 channel amp for them? well you will want to amp them all for better sound. I would recommend amping the 6x9s and tweeters over those 6x5s... they are only 30 watt nominal power so amping them might be a no no. if you want to wire them all to the amp... then you have to wire the 6x9s and 6x5s to 1 channel, whether you want 8 ohm or 2 ohm thats up to you... i would recommend 8 ohm (series wiring) since its easier on the electrical and will probably match those speakers power ratings better. Then wire the tweeters by themselves. just be very careful with your gains or you could blow those tweeters even though most tweeters dont see much power due to the fact that they play at such a high frequency. A better option would have been a P400-4 or any other 4 channel amp. but you can do with the 2 channel. Wire your pioneer speakers in series and just run a wire to the tweeter crossovers and your good. |
