So we are very excited about our next (and second first) meetup! So far we've seen some good response from  Southern Maine and New Hampshire and we think it's time to decide on a venue. We've seen the Portsmouth public library suggested, and that works for us. We have some real nifty venues planned for the admin teams hometown of Rochester, NH. What are our fellow Tri soldiers thinking?

im happy with all that, i recommended the ports library because its a bridge btween maine and nh, and due to the meeting space, what date were you guys thinking

We were thinking Saturday the 10th of August, did you want to check with the library for availability?

Alright let us know, then we'll probably call the library and confirm or set up, whatever we need to do to get us in at a date/time. Then we'll go ahead and pitch the idea to the community. If we can't get more than 3 people we can call the library to reschedule for a later date and try to get the word out a bit more offline. I have some ideas for flyers for community bulletin boards and the like.

i will look into it, but im pretty sure we can get one of their smaller meeting rooms or larger if needs be, i will get back to you on monday night are you thinking afternoonish like somewhere btween 1 and 3

the room is held, we need to give 24 hr notice though if we want to cancel,i think ppl may show if we advertise too

the description is up on the library website events calendar page, its still listed as pending and the time can change too if necessary. i have to call them to change the spacing. if we are expecting greater than 10 ppl let me know and i can get a much bigger room
