Hey gang, this is, hopefully, the beginning of our discussion group for the vital church project.  
We have the book by Bass and the discussion questions as our guides.  Please feel free to add your input, your questions, your thoughts to this page.  It is my hope that we can build this on-line discussion group to help us as we work to strengthen EUMC

Still working on getting this thing worked out.  I have a workbook for you and Mark.  We talked about the status of EUMC and where we wanted to start developing a new vision.
We we told to start small and think of a couple of action items.
They are:  Prayer before worship with all worship team members and other interested people.
Plan to meet as a team after worship one Sunday to work together and plan.
Develop a survey related to how people feel about the fellowship hour.  Some of us felt like it was not an open welcoming time, and we wanted to check with others as to their opinions related to coffee hour.
