I am so excited for you ALL.  I only had a few Marine Mom friends right before we went to graduation. SO it's awesome to see all of you commenting back and forth and so excited. I know exactly how you feel.   HUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS to all of you!!!!!!!

Hi Girls.. Well we are almost one more week down.. It's funny I couldn't have imagined getting through to the end of Feb after our boys left, let alone going through March and April.. Now we are almost at the end of March and looking back it seems like it went by fairly quick..I'm not talking fast! LOL but this was only possible thanks to all my new friends!! Thanks for all of the support..

Just wanted to stop in and say hi...seems like I'm the only girlfriend that has viewed the forum so far. Our recruit's recruiting station has a monthly get together called the Semper Fi Family Platoon at a local VFW. Their support and answers to questions, along with my boyfriend's family have been a really big help.
Anyway..I hope all our boys do well at rifle quals this week! We're half way done on Wednesday... woo hoo!

Hello folks. My little brother's in PLT 2123. I write him just about every day and usually get a letter back once a week (usually Thursdays because he typically only has time to write on Sundays). He's said so many great things about his platoon. I'm looking forward to meeting you all and your boys. Blessings!

Your telling me!!! My husband is in Fox Co... but in Platoon 2127! More people are talking in this platoon, so i thought i would join. I am dying for the phone call and the video right now! I only get one letter a week now, got one today. He did say, however, that he thinks he will have more time in Phase 3 to write! I hope so!

Its this website... www.devildogs.info They post a video of each platoon that gets a good shot of all the recruits! You can look at some of the others just to get an idea, but it is amazing that they do this! I love it!
