RC Acres has found a new Race Director for the final stretch of the RC Pro Series on August 17 & 18.

- Power is available for pitting and camping
- BBQ lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Pig Roast on Saturday (Aug 17)
- Live bands on Friday & Saturday
- 5th scale exhibition races on Saturday & Sunday
- Security is on hand
- Massive track change is underway
- Track will be watered to maintain a consistent surface throughout practice, qualifying and mains
THURSDAY:
- Campers/tents can setup @ 5:00pm (Track is closed)
- $10 per car load
FRIDAY:
- Practice begins at 8:00am for electric and 9:00am for nitro (open practice, unless otherwise stated)
- Marshaling is mandatory after each tank or battery
- No fuel bottles are permitted in pit lane during practice
SATURDAY:
- Practice begins at 8:00am for electric and 9:00am for nitro

- Drivers meeting @ 10:00am
- Qualifiers start @ 10:30am
SUNDAY:
- Drivers meeting @ 8:30am
- Mains start @ 9:00am
IMPORTANT:
- Wrist band is required to enter the driver stand
- No mercy minutes during qualifying, one mercy minute per main
- Marshaling is mandatory after each tank or battery
- No fuel bottles are permitted in pit lane during practice
