Driving down Lekki expressway to Epe, Ogbomo Rd is a major road in Ajah.

Less than a mile from the Expressway is a small but busy car wash service.

It’s clear this is a community spot with easy lounge cars for waiting car owners or locals.

The energy is upbeat with R&B music in the background and a flat screen showing soccer.

The food is basic but good – grilled chicken or beef.  The drinks are inexpensive.

The staff is not uniformed but lively and attentive.

Apart from the cars and washing equipment there is little in form of branding or merchandizing.

A good added value such as a mechanics shop or oil change would boost not just the brand but revenue.  

This location is enjoying huge development and people traffic and could serve as a used car showroom for Lagos auto dealers.

Verdict;

Great concept. Okay execution, but there is more the owners could offer customers at this location
