more cores are not necessarily better. this is a serious waste of electrical usage and while more processes can run look at how long the processor life, let alone the rest of the computer hardware component's lives, last with the multi-core processors. a duo-core is enough for anyone and how many programs do you know of that run on more than a quadcore tops?
