Hello!

I live in Sacramento. I've been an activist and organizer for over 10 years. I attended Sister Giant in 2012 and it renewed my commitment to being a steward to the planet and to humanity through educating and organizing. I would like to organize a network of community organizers in the Sacramento/norther California region to support candidates and advocate for issues that are consistent with Sister Giant values: end child poverty, protect the environment, end the drug war, challenge Citizens United and other electoral barriers. I'd love to hear from other people in the area who are interested or already working on this.
