OFFLINE
This group will adopt the policy as used by the Lancaster Ohio Freecycle Group (go FREECYCLE!), with slight modification.

If you experience a no-show with no email or any form of communication to explain, contact the group CREATOR (Molly Jo Guay) with the name of the person and an explanation of what happened.

A list will be kept on those reported as a no-show. When a complaint is received, I will send the person (that the complaint was about) an email telling them a complaint was reported.  After TWO (2) no-show complaints, they will be banned from our Group.

If you cannot meet at the time or place specified or have changed your mind, please email or call the person to let them know that you cannot meet them. No-shows mean no email notice, no phone call, or lack of communication.

Courtesy and respect of other members is paramount.

Our definition of a no-show is either the giver or receiver does not show up at the agreed time/place without prior notice via email, phone call, or replies to emails. We realize things happen and issues come up so this will be a NO-FAULT POLICY. That means it doesn't matter WHY you didn't notify the other person, you wouldn't and/or couldn't be
there at the pre-arranged time.

For this to be successful, group members must actively participate in reporting the no-shows.
