Southwest:

This composes of composite groups of Rebel fighters who are ethnically aligned within their separate Rebel Encampments. One encampment comprising of Hispanic/Latino fighters pushed out of the LA area by the NWC. Another will be predominantly Chinese, pushed out of the LA and San Francisco Areas by the NWC forces. There will also a third Rebel Encampment in the Southwest area; this will be composed of mainly white/Caucasian individuals who previously lived in Texas and other urban centers.

*This isn’t going to be about race or have racism in it, just will be an obstacle the player will have to overcome in gaining support to beat the NWC.

*I am trying to create an element similar to that in the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan, different NA armies represented by different ethnic groups: Hazara, Pashtun, Uzbek, etc... trying to re-create the conflict and dissimilarity between the groups. This won't always be the case with the Rebel forces and is only represented among the forces in the Southwest and Northeast Regions.

In the Southwest the predominant challenge for the Rebels will be resolving internal racial conflict and uniting together under a common cause. Although they are fighting as Rebel units opposed to the NWC, they operate under different commanders who have different agendas and little interest in the other Rebel groups in that area. They get only what they can get only for themselves and care little about the collective cause.

There will be racial tensions but not one Rebel group fighting another, they will be more reluctant at offering assistance to each other and their commanders will have little interaction with one another.

The rebel groups in this area will occupy the southern Rocky Mountain range and Colorado River basin areas as well as some Sierra Nevada desert territory.

Militarily the Rebels will be balanced with the NWC forces, although they will occupy back country areas and have little fixed infrastructure. The benefit will be having access to smuggled arms from South/Central America to help feed their cause.

*The main Rebel city will be Salt Lake City, UT

The main force of the NWC will compose of elite ground and aerial Marine NWC units based out of Miramar and 29 Palms. Mobile grunt infantry units defend the cities and bases, and move around via Osprey-type aircraft with heavy ground armor and artillery backup.

*The main NWC city will be Los Angeles, CA

Northwest:

Rebel groups will have the upper hand against the NWC forces in this area from a military perspective; however their commanders will be mostly “Free-Love” hippie types from the Seattle-Tacoma area who would rather stay out of the fighting. They are strongly united across the 4 Rebel Encampments in the region and share supplies and manpower however they do not willfully combat the NWC in that area, only if they are attacked will they defend themselves but only on their own ground and will not pursue their attackers.

* Ok, I didn't know exactly how do discribe these people but but they won't be "hippies" per-se, they will be professional rebel military commanders from that region, and traditional to the attitude in that area, with a lot of rustic people living there, they would be more independant and not all out **** fighters.

The challenge in this area will be motivating the commanders and fighters to suppress the NWC forces and achieve victory.

There will be plenty of stockpiled weapons in the mountains and forests of Oregon and Washington for use against the NWC and the terrain will be in favor of the Rebels; however a lot of reputation is required to earn the trust and respect of the fighters and commanders in the area to encourage them to battle the NWC.

*The main Rebel city will be Boise, ID

The main NWC opposition in this area will be Joint Army and Air Force units based out of the NWC Joint Base at Lewis-McChord and NWC Air Base at Fairchild in Washington State. NWC combat controllers will call in airstrikes while having back up from the mobile armor units based there for ground assaults.

*The main NWC city will be Seattle, WA

Central:

The Rebel Encampments in this area will be divided, one occupying the Canadian border area in Montana , while the other two in this Region occupying an area in the Great Planes between the two big NWC Districts (One being in Cheyenne, Colorado and the other in Dallas, Texas) in that Region.

The rebel forces in this area will be outmatched militarily by the NWC though their unity across Rebel Encampments will be strong and their willingness to fight will be high.

*The main Rebel city will be Wichita, KS

The challenge in this Region will be overcoming the manpower obstacle using covert tactics to outsmart the overwhelming NWC airpower presence at NWC Air Base Peterson in the northern part of the Region and then using a combined force to assault the ground based NWC military presence at Ft. Hood, Texas. Stealth and trickery will also be needed here too.

*The main NWC city will be Dallas, TX
*Denver, CO will also be under NWC control

*It won’t have to be in that order; they can secure Ft. Hood and then NORAD. There should be an option for both aspects, not just a go-in-this-order type deal.

Southeast:

The Rebel fighters will occupy the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia and Tennessee and have stockpiled weapons at their disposal. The main challenge here will be raising an army form the local populace and launching covert raids against the city and military instillations controlled by the NWC.

Similar to the Central Region, the two Rebel Encampments in this Region will be strongly united for their cause and have a high willingness to fight, however will be limited in number and in some resources.

*The Rebel city will be Chattanooga, TN

The Rebel Encampments will be away from the major urban center of Atlanta and will be pitted against elite NWC Airborne Ranger and sniper units from Ft. Benning, there will also be a limited aerial presence from the NWC Naval Air Station at Pensacola.

*The NWC city will be Atlanta, GA

Northeast:

This will no doubt be the most challenging Region to conquer. This will, hopefully, be the Crux of the game (If the player opts. to go Rebel) and will utilize all previous Rebel elements, such as multi ethnic forces, limited supply and number of forces, and a heavy, hard-hitting NWC presence in the area. Rebel forces are composed of three Encampments located along the Appalachian Mountains, again, away from major urban centers and containing stockpiled supplies.

The Rebel Encampments will be easy to defend; the mountains will be in favor of the Rebel soldiers, like in the Pacific Northwest Region, however moving beyond that will be a challenge because of the heavy aerial and ground forces there.

The fighters compose of European and Irish immigrants pushed out of the New England states, to Russian, Italian, and Arab immigrants pushed out of the New York, along with White/Caucasian fighters who come from Chicago and other cities that are now under NWC control. The key challenge here will be to unite these groups, acquire resources and manpower, and combat the NWC on their “Home-Turf”.

*The Rebel city in this area will be Augusta, ME

The big NWC forces will range from aerial attack units from the NWC Air Base at Langley, to Elite Airborne/Special Operations type attack units from Fort Bragg and mobile infantry support divisions from Ft. Knox, and even a NWC Naval presence at Norfolk, Virginia. There will also be two major urban centers (Washington D.C. and Chicago) that will need to have their NWC presence removed.

*The NWC city in this area will be Washington D.C.
*Chicago, IL will alos be under NWC control
