In the notice, it says that we will get 1 archive expansion, 7 warehouse expansions and 7 inventory expansions. However, I just found out i only got 1 archive expansion, 1 warehouse expansion and 1 inventory expansion. Can someone explain this to me?

Are you a brand new member and fit the requirements? Also be sure that the items are not stacked together and make it look like only one. If it's still only one, be sure to take a screenshot and message DMO's support team. ^^

Well I just checked my account that I made just to get the space rewards and NEITHER of the tamers on the new account got anything. not even the +1 that most people have been getting.

and yes I should meet all the requirements for it; new account, 2 new tamers that hit 10 before the 1st

My cousin got the same, +1 in all. His face was priceless when he clicked and only one slot in inventory was open.

It's not a lie, and if anything just a bug. Take screenshots to prove you're 10+ and finished before the time specified and that you didn't get anything. Without screenshots this will mostly be ignored. Besides, they can't do anything about it if they don't have solid evidence.

Sorry I forgot to edit my thing. when I checked it that day my cash shop inventory was empty but when I logged on today they were there. Might have just been a delay or something when I checked.

I was actually talking about how 1 and 7 are not the same number. Sorry for the confusion

It's all good. ^^ It's possible that there was a delay in the system and caused it to arrive late. Did you receive all 7 or only one?

Hi all,

It would be better if you file a report to our Support because that'd give them your user info and they could investigate on it further. I've already told them about this matter and they would need to know which of the players have experienced this problem.

How exactly do we go about sending in the report to support? I've never had to do it before and dont want to screw it up
