mix nm green chili powder, salt, cumin, onion and garlic powder in (a dedicated) coffee grinder or like. this will make the base
next squeeze 1-2 lemon(s) ( for 3-4 breasts), and about 1/4 cup oil add to a bowl w/ green chili base to taste.
you will want to matinate overnight for best results but 3-4 hrs will be ok. when you grill make sure to baste first on top and bottom w/ marinate in container, then continue to base about every 3-4 min and again right before turning. after turning baste again and continue every 3-4 min. BE SURE TO USE IT ALL on the batch. when done remove from grill and allow to "rest" for about 15-20 min before cutting/ serving.

i forgot to add make sure to pierce chicken/ meat liberally to allow to "soak into chicken/meat
