 OFFLINE | I started 3 days ago and have hit level 16 but desperately need neighbors and not sure how to add neighbors who aren't facebook friends, Do I have to send friends requests to people I don't know and then request them to be neighbors? Any help is greatly appreciated !!! |

OFFLINE | Yes only if these people had posts that they are in need of nieghbors, so yes you need to send friend request to people you don't know, by the way I am in need of neighbors myself. |
