First of all, I never had a Mystery Egg before so I have no idea how we find out what Digimon it is. Does identification happen automatically as it goes into our inventory, or do we have to right-click it or something in order for it to show what we actually got? I was even told we have to scan it so I am confused now... How do they work?

If it has to be manually identified/scanned meaning that we decide when to know what is inside, could it be possible that as more Digimon get added to the Cash shop, it gets always updated while making the pool of possible Digimon eggs it can become larger with each update?

For example Gomamon was added these days (see quote below) and soon original Agumon and two Hagurumon will be available too in the cash shop.  If I manage to get a mystery egg and I put it away in my inventory, only to identify it after more Digimon got added to the game, it can possibly become one of them too, right?

The mystery egg can not be identified which digimon you get and once you scan the mystery egg it will be random digimon that are available in game.

The way in which we find out what it is (which seems to be scanning from your post), is the method I called identifying, since I didn't know it was actually scanning.

So then we can have the mystery egg in our inventory/storage for a long time without scanning it and it would keep getting updated with the new Cash shop digimon?

Yes, when you keep them in storage and new digimon come out the mystery egg will have them too.

Sorry for bump but what are the digimon's currently available in reinforced digi egg? Since I have 3 right now,I'm thinking of scanning them once a digimon I like is released,so if I scan those eggs when there are new digimons, there's a chance I can get one of the newly released right?

DMO confirmed it people can get them however so far I haven't heard anybody got them yet

I really doubt you can, we would had heard about someone getting one by now. I myself bought so many after they "confirmed" it here on fb and nothing.

Bought Reinforced or mystery egg? Who knows, maybe it's just in reinforced.

Anyway my guildmates are saying that the digimon inside reinforced are "fixed" that it already has a certain digimon inside when you receive it, that it's just covered for you to scan that egg. Because I told them that I'll just open my reinforced egg when new digimons get released so that I might get the newly released digimon, and there, they said that even if I scan it after 3 months or a year,I'd still end up with the digimons currently available in reinforced when I received it.. Is it true? Admin please confirm. Ty.

I got a BPawnchessmon before they were released in the digicore shop. It is possible to receive them.
