OFFLINE | I'm trying to create my forum rules for my page but they are not showing up when I click on help/rules
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the feature is broken. Can someone please help me.
This is an example of what it's suppose to look like.
<div style="background-color: black;"><font size=7><font color=red>
<div align=center>Code of Conduct</font><div>
</font><font size=3><font color=#FFFFFF>
To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience on the page and on the forums we have put in place these guidelines for everyone to abide by.
<font size=6><font color=red>Respect</font></font>
We ask that you keep all posts and comments user friendly. Any post or comment that could be seen as defamatory or abusive will be removed and action will be taken against the offending poster.
Please avoid the following when posting.
•Posting Racial comments or symbols.
•Bullying.
•Harassment
•Profanity
•Trolling
•Flaming, starting a flame war or provoking flame.
<font size=6><font color=red>Not showing up for a transaction</font></font>
Telling the customer or seller that you are going to meet them somewhere at a certain time only not to show up for the transaction is unacceptable. If something comes up and you are no longer able to complete the transaction then please let your customer know.
People who continue to break this rule risk being removed from the forums.
<font size=6><font color=red>Spamming</font></font>
Coming on to the forums or page to spam is unacceptable. Spam offers absolutely no discussion and knocks other people's legitimate threads down. If you see someone posting spam or spamming then please report them, but please do not contribute to the spam by posting on their thread.
<font size=6><font color=red>Thread hijacking</font></font>
Coming on to another person's thread to offer a better price on the same item being sold or to redirect attention away from the thread's main discussion or to another thread is unacceptable.
If you have something to buy, sell or advertise, then please create your own thread.
<font size=6><font color=red>Posting in the wrong forums</font></font>
We understand that sometimes it can be confusing at first to know which thread is the right one to post in. If you are not 100% sure of where a thread should go then please feel free to ask. If a moderator has locked your thread they should have included a link to the correct forum with the lock message.<br><br>
<font size=6><font color=red>Duplicate threads</font></font>
Posting the same content twice on the same forum or across multiple forums is not acceptable. We ask that you only stick to one thread when selling an item.
If you are selling a similar item then it may be best to include that item in your thread as well.
Example: You have 10 shirts of the same size and type you want to sell.
It's best to just create one thread for all those shirts rather then create 10 different threads. Unless one or more of the shirts fall under a different category then you can create a thread there as well.
Example: You have 4 baby size shirts, 3 boy size shirts, 3 adult size shirts. You could create 3 different threads to sell your shirts since they can be posted in 3 different forums. Just make sure that you only list items that are appropriate for that forum.
<font size=6><font color=red>Advertising on a post we make on the time line.</font></font>
We ask that you keep all sales and advertisements on the forums please.
Anyone who posts a comment on one of the page's timeline posts with the intent to buy, sell or advertise will have their comment removed and will be reminded to use the forums.
Anyone who continues to break this rule may have their commenting abilities on the page's timeline revoked.
<font size=6><font color=red>Impersonating an Administrator or/and Forum Moderator.</font></font>
Claiming to be an Administrator or/and Forum Moderator when you are not is unacceptable. Anyone who impersonates an Administrator or a Forum Mod could have their posting abilities revoked.
Guiding other's toward the right forums and explaining the rules to others is acceptable.
<font size=6><font color=red>Advertising websites</font></font>
Although we let you advertise websites on the forums. We ask that any websites you mention on your threads are related to the item you are selling on your thread.
If you are advertising an eBay listing or any other type of off forums listing then we ask you to please tell us a little bit about the item you are selling on the off forums website.
Spoofed links are prohibited.
Here's an example of a spoofed link. <a href=www.facebook.com>www.google.com</a>
<font size=6><font color=red>HTMl Coding.</font></font>
One of the nice things about the forums is the ability to use HTML coding.
When copying and pasting a websites source code over into the forums. Please make sure it doesn't contain anything that would violate the rules. If it does then please edit the source code to not include that content.</font></font>

OFFLINE | Huh, the preview showed the html coding working. But it's not when I publish it. Why is that? |
