OFFLINE | AMAZING AMAZING JOB. these books have been so great. Did anyone else have a hard time with Alonzo dying? I did I cried lol. The whole time I was saying Cleso and Lutterius better not die I would have cried so hard. I am so happy that Marcello, Luca, Lia, and Gabbi lived I would have died literally. This book was so sad after the Plague started like I was crying and crying through it but I loved it still so much! When Marcello and Luca left to help I was sure one of them would die and I am so happy that they did not! GRECO!! omg that was so sad my jaw literally dropped and I wanted to scream! These books have literally been the best books I have ever read and I have read a LOT. Lisa you are so talented and thank you for these amazing books.
RIP. LORD GRECO
RIP. BENEDETTO
RIP. ALONZO
WE WILL MISS YOU DEARLY

OFFLINE | Oh my gosh, I was rooting for Cleso and Lutterius to not die the whole way through the book, too. So many knights had perished already. |

OFFLINE | RIP. Father Tomas and Adela, too. I loved Tomas so much, and I really wished I'd gotten to know Adela better.
Lesson learned from Deluge? You never know how much you love a character until they're gone forever.... |

OFFLINE | There was a lot of death and I was actually scared that Luca would die or something and that would have seriously wounded me emotionally for a very long time omg.... but I thoroughly enjoyed this book and it was fun! There was sooo much action and craziness like I only imagined ha. I was so happy for the wedding though! I love love Lia and Luca they are the cutest ))) But I feel like the main characters grew up a lot throughout the book. |
