I request the removal of the feature for an Admin to be able to edit my post. Deletion is one thing, it is necessary, but to go in and change my post, not cool. This place is already dead, trying to put the final bullet in it????

Well I have been a long time poster in various forums since 1999 or around there, and I have seen everything you can think of kill a forum. If a mod goes in and edits my post, you better believe I am going to be upset, and probably split. I am sure that view is shared by many here. I say let the Mod be able to lock a post or an entire thread, delete in obvious cases, like a post of **** pics etc. Letting a Mod edit a post, I can guarantee that will be a great well to kill this place before it even starts.

A great feature that everyone at one point or another over at the Myspace forum was that the mods controlled their forum. Other Mods didn't come in and mess with another mods forum, and Admins usually checked the forums everyone once in a while, but let the Mods control their own forum. If there were any problems with the Mod, users of the forum had a place they could go and say this mod is a nazi, or he hasn't been there in weeks and the place is a mess. It was a system that seemed to work out well.
