wondering if I remove then add the game back if that would 'reboot' my lists... but man. if I loose all I have achieved up to that point, I will be disappointed... so I will await a reply ... hopefully soon...

Hello Peggi.

If you experience some technical difficulties with the game please follow our instructions under the game in the thread Help.
Try deleting the game, clearing your browser cache (you can see the instructions in the Help section under the game) and adding the game back. Don't worry, the game won't be reset!
If it doesn't help, try switching off your browser extensions (add-ons) which block ads like 'adflash', 'adblock', etc.

Best regards,

Alex

Thank you, Alex. If the hard reboot had not worked, I would have followed your advice in deleting and re-adding the game back in. I wouldn't have done that before I was assured that my progress thus far would not be lost, however. so good to know now, just in case it happens again.
Very warm regards
Peg
