 OFFLINE | It be very hard for joymax to recover your account if the hacker can access your email and facebook account. If Joymax reset your password and sent it to your email, the other person can also read it and will just change your password again. First part is to get back your facebook and email account but if you fail then sadly you need to create new email and new joymax account. |

OFFLINE | no, my friend said my friend's boyfriend's cousin he knew the password for your email and good luckily I was able to give microsoft some information to retrieve mail.
my friend is a complete idiot ¬ ¬, thanks anyway ^ ^
