My father, Late Ruhul Amin Chowdhury, died 3 years back. My eyes even now fills with tears when I remember him. I was the second of my parents 7 sons and daughter. We passed a very crucial time when all my brothers and sisters were school and college going. I understood my fathers financial condition and could not ask him even in the event of Eid to bring me something. But in the very morning we got new dresses. My father never disappoints with our demand, always had a smile on his face.

My father was a freedom fighter, fought for the liberation of our country. Once I asked him," Father, Can you please collect your certificate as a freedom fighter?"
"Why" asked me.
" So that I can easily get a job" - I replied.
" Do you think We fought for giving you a job?"
I could not answer. I salute his patriotism
