OFFLINE
or "Multies"...

one of my personal favourite techniques to enhance the technicality of a verse, as well as make it flow and come across alot more advanced in the reader/listeners mind..  use them.. always aim for at least 2 or more syllables in every rhyme.. single syllables sounds basic and toy.. anyone can rhyme cat, hat, fat, bat, crap.. its done constantly, sounds simple as ****, and doesnt flow very nicely at all.. so we use what is called a "multisyllable rhyme".. which believe it or not.. is a couplet (2 bars) where you rhyme multiple syllables..

eg..

im writing these lines to define a "mult-i-syl-la-ble"/ (5 syllables)
so in your next verse you can "halt-n-kill-a-fool"

you can see there the 5 last syllables in each line match up and rhyme together.. which increases the technicality of your verse and make it come across alot more complex than your standard my, lines, fine, rhymes..
