Unsane is a 2018 film about a young woman who unwittingly commits herself to a mental hospital. She's been having stalker problems for 2 years and she goes to this hospital to discuss her options. When she talks about suicide they shanghai her into signing papers that commits her.

Low and behold, her stalker has gotten a job at the same hospital...he tracked her down there. Or did he?

The whole point of the movie is does this stalker really exist or is she actually losing her mind?

Mostly unknown cast, except for Matt Damon as an inspector. The movie is directed by Steven Soderbergh. Some interesting twists. Most incredible trivia point is the film was shot entirely on an iPhone 7 Plus in 4K using the app FiLMiC Pro.
