 OFFLINE | Well, here I was trying to get some Silk to pick up the new-comer on the 7th, but for some reason everything's greyed out on the charge page and it says over monthly limit. It's already the 3rd according to Joymax time, so what's going on here? Already ticketed, but it seems to be a recurring problem, as some other people have gotten this on the forums as well, so I decided to bring it up again.

OFFLINE | Yeah, same here, I haven't been able to buy regular silk since December, all I can do is try to find p.silk, and even some of those are grayed out  |

OFFLINE | I wish I could buy p.silk, but none of the retailers are near me and I can't seem to buy online. Sadly, Paypal is all I can use and that option is still greyed out. Hopefully Joymax fixes this annoying error in their systems and unlocks those options for us. |
