Monthly "limit" not gone with a new month

With the new cash shop items coming out, i thought i'd add a few silk onto my account, so that i could try for a high level Hawkmon, however i am currently unable to use paypal for regular silk, or even use paybycash for Premium silk, because i have

"Exceeded the [monthly] limit of PG. (2000 silk)"

However, looking at my silk balance, it says i've only done 1,956/20,000 for the month.

Surely with it being the First day of the month (Aus is only an hour in front of Server time), this shouldn't even be an issue?

and Secondly, if you're going to be releasing new content weekly (As seems to be the case), for those of us with a fair amount of money, capping it at 2000 a month seems silly.

About the silk limitation, you are only allowed to purchase 1000 worth of Silk per day and 20000 silk per month. You will exceed the limit when you purchase several times in one day. This is to avoid fraud cases and such.

OK, i get that.

At the present time, i am unable to purchase any silk.

Being that it's the start of a new month, shouldn't any "Monthly" limit be removed by now?

I have only purchased, according to the payment site, 1,956 Silk since the shop opened. Which is no-where near any of the limits posted per month.

Also: if the monthly limit -IS- 20,000, and not 2,000. Why is it telling me i've done more than 2,000 and not letting me charge?

Sorry to drag this up again, however, Having logged in for the first time in a while, i was happy to see i was able to buy silk using paypal again.

Except i was limited to buying only 50 silk.

And then i had reached this "Monthly Limit" again.

I really want to support this game and help it grow, but when things like this happen that stop me from getting the cash shop digimon, or even the new random eggs, It makes me want to take my money elsewhere.

I have sent a ticket to support (Both times), and got their standard "We're sorry for the inconvenience, we are looking into this" reply.
