On more than one occasion I have went to send back a gift and the neighbour is gone, they are on my friends list, so where are they?  I have left the game several times and loaded back into it hoping it would update, it hasn't, I am still missing one particular neighbour who gifts regularly, therefore I am unable to return the gift(s) to them, what do I do?

Please, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the game web-page. If it doesn't help, delete and add the application again.
Have you tried entering the game from another browser?

My nephew's tank went "missing" for around a week, now it's back with sick and dead fish, thus I've just paid coins and my last seven diamonds to revive the fish!  Friends and I were religiously feeding this tank.  Aqualife...you owe me the diamonds!!

I'm sorry, but we are not responsible for players' actions in the game. Besides, those revived fish got counted in your Frankenstein task.

Next time you need to revive the fish, please, ask us and do not forget to mention the reason why it is important to revive them.

My actions or my nephew's?  His tank reappeared the exact tank, fish e.t.c. that disappeared.  He didn't create a new tank.  (He was unaware of the situation!)  As far as my actions, what else was I to do but revive or let it go?  My friends and I were using it for "Friend" points.

Besides, those revived fish got counted in your Frankenstein task.

...and now I only have 43 dead fish to go....let's see that's 43 diamonds?  I'm not even trying to do that task.

Next time you need to revive the fish, please, ask us and do not forget to mention the reason why it is important to revive them.

I meant the actions - you revived the fish and it was your own choice to do so.
