OFFLINE | Here's a thought that's maybe worthy of discussion or debate perhaps.. why does marvel and DC feel the need to establish like 6 related titles for like one character and/or superhero team? Am I the only one that gets annoyed by this and was discouraged enough to stop buying comic books because of this marketing tactic? I mean, you can't just give us Spiderman w/o Amazing Spiderman, Web of Spiderman, Ultimate Spiderman, etc., etc.? Then there's Batman with his self titled publication along with Detective Stories and others. Okay, if you're gonna lure me into forking over hard earned cash for everything you market then at least you could do is drop the asking price of 3.50 per title! I mean, this is not Hustler magazine we're buying... |

OFFLINE | I don't think you are the only one, Rob. I think it's pretty stupid. It makes it even more difficult to keep up with if certain plot points take place in one series and carry over to another but you didn't read and now can't find the other series so **** it. |
