Hello Fellow Tamers! I'm here to present a basic guide on the various Shop and utility NPCs scattered in the Digital World and in the Real World! (well it's not really so real...)

I hope that this guide will be of great help to you~ Let's begin~~

Chapter 1: Item Merchant/s
...........................................................................

- These are NPCs who are usually found with the < Merchant > Tag on their names. Their wares vary from Foods to Clothing. Usually though they're selling foods, maybe it's because foods are easier to sell anyway. The first NPC of this type you can find would be Inoue's Mama < Item Seller >. She sells only food. Food are items which restore either HP or DS of both Tamer and Digimon and can only be used out of combat.


-In the digital world, the Item Merchant's Role is dutifully fulfilled by most Mudfrigimons (Chuchidarumon) and has Foods, Disks, Dimensional Jumpers, and in rare ocassions, clothing. Babamon also boasts her share of clothes. :3

-Megumi Shirakawa < Riding Agent > is the only NPC that sells (I think anyway, correct me if I'm wrong) Riderwings for a low low price of 500m.

Chapter 2: Equipment Mergers
...........................................................................

-These NPCs allows you to analyze "Attribute" item pieces for a small fee and insert them into your clothing for a certain fee. The first NPC of this type is Doruphin. Later on in the Digital World, this NPC is replaced by various digimons carrying the tag of < Equipment Merge >

Chapter 3: Warehouse
...........................................................................

-This is your basic MMO Storage service. It is largely skipped in the tutorial and yet it is one of the most important service you'll need. In the Real World, this warehouse is managed by PawnChessmon W with the tag of < Warehouse > at the DATS Center. This is taken over by PawnChessmon B in very limited areas of the Digital World.

Chapter 4: Retrieval and Scanning
...........................................................................

-These are NPCs in charge of Retrieving DigiEggs and Scanning them.
-The function of this NPC is discussed in the Tutorial quest, the first NPC being Miki Kurosaki.


-These NPCs usually have the tag of < DATS Agent > in the Real and Digital worlds, the only exception to the rule is PawnChessmon B which is located at DATS Center.

May I ask if you could go more into Doruphin? I scan items, but I don't know what to do with the items.>.>

mm...Doruphin...well Equipment Merging will require a whole new guide of it's own as it is a whole game feature and whatnot. I'll try working on it later this evening. :3 I'm still a bit sleepy. u.u

That's fine then. If you can do it, I would really appreciate it. But if you can't, don't worry about it.

What can you use the Riderwings for? Just Drimogemon or any Digimon with a riding capability?

I still need confirmation on that Zach..It seems that some Mega forms now require the cash shop item instead of the Riderwings...

I'm hoping they'll allow us to use one or the other...We'll see how it fares in Commercial. :3 (speaking of which I still don't have my Phoenixmon...It's my leverage for knowing which Digimons would use the Riderwings or use the Cash item thingy)
