• This is not strictly an LDS homeschooling group although many of our families are LDS. When my friend and I started this cooperative it was to create what we couldn't find in Memphis: a co-op where the moms teach the classes, where the classes are fun and engaging but don't replace what the mother would be teaching at home (such as math), and where the classes would be small so the kids would really make friends. It is our first year and we are still working out the bugs, but it is great to meet weekly and know my kids are forming relationships and having a classroom experience that is still very mild and safe.
