 OFFLINE | I'll be the first to admit, yes my mouth waters at some of the recipes in runners world and other magazines, and I regularly read the food reviews but fail to apply!
I do make a conscious effort to eat healthily but still haven't got down the art of planning and preparing nutrition based on my training regime, (yes I eat on a I'm hungry, I'll eat basis)..........do you?
Anybody got this sorted? Any hints or tips to key nutrition planning or do you all just 'wing it' like me?! |

 OFFLINE | I would love to know that aswell!! I try to eat as healthy as possible. Lots of fruit and veggies, protein, carbs. A eat ir all! But I do need some supplements to let my muscles recover any faster. What do you use? And what do you eat for a snack? |
