OFFLINE | First use edit function to correct mistakes,
second this isn't where you ask questions
and third you simply go talk to director Hashima at DATS center and buy personal shop license from his item shop for 5 mega and use it anywhere (apparently) you want in your shop you get 3 open slots to place items for sale (that's how it appears to me free to correct me if you know more) and even when you finish with sales you gonna still keep that license until 6-7 days passes and its gonna expire then you gonna need to buy new one
(not sure if its gonna expire while you use it or while just having it I still have to confirm that one later). |

The shop permit expire even when not in use that why it last for 7 days |
