I thought the members of Sky Velo would be interested in learning about some exciting new long-distance adventure cycling challenges which I have set up in East Asia called Mad Dogs. Originally a chartered accountant, I founded Mad Dogs after cycling the 11,000 miles overland from London to Hong Kong. I have now decided to ditch the calculator and follow my passion in life!
The idea behind these fully supported and meticulously researched events is to combine proper athletic endeavour with real adventure. We provide the framework and support for you to obtain extraordinary achievements by cycling all the way between far flung destinations (such as Hong Kong to Hanoi), in a week or less. Perfect for cyclists who enjoy pushing their own personal boundaries; these really are lifetime achievements.I am based in Hong Kong, but I would be absolutely delighted to discuss these trips with you and I would be so grateful if you could share these with Sky Velo. It’s not easy as a new enrtrepreneur launching this and I am sure they would love to know about our most marvellous challenges.
