OFFLINE | Yeah, not to jump on the bandwagon but I don't like the off-line/on-line feature either.. don't want people knowing how many hours I'm on this thing for it'll come down to peeps/friends being like, "Dude must not have a life" lol..

OFFLINE | It isn't just the Metal Forum though guys, it seems to be like that on every board I've been to. Sometime I luck out, because w/o a profile page/picture, people can only go by your name and or attitude. I'd get a cold shoulder for not hitting on the online diva, but I wouldn't be talked about either. Until they realized I was a chick too. It's worse when they know though. The **** that was forwarded to me by friends is unreal. Ah well, like I always say, **** 'em if they can't take a joke.
The Metal Forum has always been differant though, I felt like an outsider for...well I still kinda feel like an outsider LOL! It took me over three years to post in the "Converse Here" thread, because I didn't feel like that thread was for "non-Regs" like me. Silly, huh?  But I like metal, and I like hearing about bands/music I didn't know about so I kept coming. Besides, a few of you fuckers really make me laugh in a wrong way which I LOVE so I was hooked! |
