lost my egg due to disconnection.

2 days ago, i purchased a 5/5 exveemon egg from the cash shop. during the disconnections it got deleted from my inventory. i tried reporting this issue to the support section on joymax page, and got no kind of response. 0 views. i felt disrespected and ignored. i reported it to the q&a section and got the same automated response, rather than a actual answer from a actual person. can something be done to get my egg back? because i dont find it right that i cant get something i bought refunded due to the mistakes of the game. if anything can be done i would greatly appreciate it.
