Hello Dan.
13th of February our server was down for maintenance. Some data was lost and as a result 1 day in the game wasn't saved. 14th of February players got 50 diamonds as a compensation for the lost data.

Support - service advicing people about what they should do after they have caused a backflash. Its common first advice is to cause another backflash and compare sensations.
